First we meet with our client (you!) for a chat over coffee (or tea?) to get an idea of your requirements. If we think it would be a good fit, we enter into a consultation process with you that is charged at an agreed hourly rate. This results in a proposal with recommendations for your consideration.
From here the process may vary depending on which of our services you have engaged.
Once an agreement is reached and a deposit is paid, we begin development work. Our process is agile, so you are involved in the process from the start so that you can be confident that you are in control of the end product. Our first deliverable is usually a MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Development then proceeds in parallel with customer testing and features are added according to a "walking skeleton" model. Once the final product is delivered and paid for, you have a grace period for final testing. We usually provide product training and support during this time.
Typically this is a rolling contract where we agree a monthly rate with you based on the services you have chosen. Our monthly report keeps you abreast of what we are doing, and your input is invited into all decisions. Either party can bring this arrangement to an end with 30 days notice, but we've not yet needed to go through this!
This is a customised service depending on our clients' needs. Sometimes individuals just want to have some guidance in using their technology at the office or at home, and we offer hourly rates depending on the type of training and the proposed timeframe. Otherwise we provide office-based training for staff on different computer-based programs (including any software we develop for you). This can vary from a lunchtime seminar to a 2 day training course. Pricing and payment is set out in our initial proposal.
